How can I download DICOM images through internet at remote place through internet for reporting purpose? Kindly guide me that how can I transfer images in remote computer through internet?

Usually there is no way for doctor tune this things.
You need IT-specialist.
Firstable you need VPN.
And in Radiant right no there is no option to export-push pacs, only recieve.

I'm afraid that Eisenhorn is right. Setting up a VPN/PACS connection requires some thorough IT knowledge.
