Our latest beta has a few handy modes for PACS downloads and a portion of bug fixes.
http://www.radiantviewer.com/startdownload.php?f=beta

Different modes of PACS downloads under right-click popup menu on the search results:
-"Download" (Enter) -> clears active window, downloads and displays selected studies in this window
-"Add to active window" (Shift+Enter) -> downloads studies to the active window without clearing it
-"Download to new window" (Ctrl+Enter) -> downloads selected studies into a new window
-"Download to separate windows" (Ctrl+Shift+Enter) -> each of the selected studies is downloaded into a separate window
This popup menu contains also "Find all studies of this patient" (Ctrl+P) -> performs a search using the patient ID field of the selected study.
The translation creator is updated with all new texts from pacs windows ( http://www.radiantviewer.com/creator.php )
RadiAnt is automatically restarted after new language is chosen or a license key is imported.
Fixed "Exit application" shortcut - Ctrl+Alt+F4
Fixed disappearing cross-reference lines when RadiAnt window lost focus.
Fixed some command-line parameters (-b, -wp, -cl)
Fixed disappearing split popup window
Fixed drawing of the progress bars in the downloads list (WinXP).
Under Windows XP, the Service Pack 3 is now required during setup.
