When you regularly add studies to the database and later delete them, the size of the database grows in size, the indexes and tables become fragmented, and the performance decreases.
To address these issues, you should regularly optimize the database files.
Click the Database button in the local archive window and select Advanced -> Optimize database .
Wait until the operation is complete. Click Close .
