Core feature only in enabled features

I just installed radiant 2023.1
In enabled features there is core feature only no other features such as:Local DB, PACS client, MPR2D, MPR3D, VR, Fusion, DSA, TIC, Export like i used to have in version 2021
is this a limitation by default in the new version ?
