Creating thick slab in realtime: MIP, Mean, MinIP

when i work with 0.625 mm thin slice , i usually need to create 3 or 4 mm thick slices in average/ mean to better evaluate espacially liver lesion

We're working on it. The interactive MIP/MinIP/Avg should make it to RadiAnt early next year.

may be thick slab in oblique MPR? It will be great!

Sure, the MIP/MinIP/Avg modes will be available in the oblique 3D MPR window.
