In addition to everything else I see that the programa does I wonder if it can calculate a T2, and T2* from multi-echo data, especially a 3 parameter fit of the type y=a*e(^-TE/T2*)+B

The functionality is the same in both free and paid versions, so that one can see for themselves whether RadiAnt works for them.
The only difference is that the evaluation version expires (currently every three months), then you have to check if the trial extension is available or download a new evaluation version.
If you find out that RadiAnt works for you and you want to continue to use it, you should purchase the commercial license.
We don't have any reporting solutions available for RadiAnt, as it is currently not meant for reporting studies (it's not certified as a medical product).

No, the T2 and T2* calculations that you mentioned are not available in RadiAnt.
