Is there a project to have a patient list to store them et have them quicky just like osirix?

This is something we plan to introduce in the future (probably next year).

It's me again.
I'm verry happy to know that now mpr and mip option are avaiable.
I just need a trick to store the patients in my laptop in a somewhat what do osirix.
Is there a solutio', like using another software that can retrieve the patients and after that i can open them with radianat,

You could try installing a local Orthanc server and store studies in its database. Then easily retrieve these studies in RadiAnt: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsW4gYO4xrY

but i find it hard to configure dicom aet in orhtanc server, it's not as easy as in radiant.
Any solution?

i have 90K files on an external hard drive and we need a list of the patient names.
can I get this from RadiAnt?

The list of studies can be exported from the local archive to a CSV file (right click on the selected studies Export->Export to CSV.
