RadiAnt DICOM Viewer - Discussion Forum
Patient Protocol is black

Hello.
I'm using a Siemens Somatom AS CT and when viewing the Patient Protocol file in RadiAnt I see just a blank (dark) image with no text.
Using a different DICOM viewer I don't have this issue.

I've tried changing the window lenght/center but all I get are shades of gray.
Is there anything I can do to see the Patient Protocol?

Did you check it with the latest available version (2.2.8)?
