Hi!

Can you confirm the fully compatibility integration of Radiant Dicom Viewer With the Codonics Virtua Medical Disc Publisher? If so can you supply a zip package with Radiant Viewer for testing purposes?

Best regards,
Hugo

Dear Hugo,

The evaluation ZIP package is available for free download: http://www.radiantviewer.com/startdownload.php?src=vhcd&f=cd&v=1.1.8.4646&file=radiantviewercd1184646.zip

If the publisher you mentioned allows to burn a set of files included in our package to the root folder of the CD/DVD media, then it should work flawlessly. However, you will have to perform testing by yourself - we don't have access to this publisher.

Best regards,
Maciej

Hello,

Can you explain how does the licensing works with a robot? Is it hardware or software locked? What about robot software upgrades if you need to reinstall for example windows, will the same license work?

Best regards,
Hugo

Hi,

The same license will be valid regardless of hardware or software used - you can freely move the license key. You just have to remember that one license key can be installed and used in one device at the same time.

Best regards,
Maciej
