I use radiant to review transthoracic echocardiograms for reporting. It is a great platform.
I am not sure if it is currently possible, but is there anyway of setting the default when opening a study to:
Open up the first 4 (or some multiple) series (for example 1, 2, 3 and 4)
When moving to the next series, advancing all (for example, 5, 6, 7, 8 and then 9, 10, 11, 12 and so on)

Thanks for any solutions, help or ideas.

Please check our latest RadiAnt DICOM Viewer 2023.2 BETA #28015, you should be able to switch series the way you described by using Alt + Left/Right arrow keyboard shortcut.
