REFUSED OUT OF RESOURCES ERROR DOWNLOADING
CANNOT DOWNLOAD FROM PACS!!!!
ANY SOLUTION PLZ!!!

This means some problem with your PACS server. Nothing RadiAnt can solve, I'm afraid.

Hi there, I don't think your answer is correct since I get the same error only when downloading CR files but when I try from a different location (some other remote network) and connect to the same PACS Server it works ok so it's NOT the PACS Server or the RadiAnt software. In any case I expect that you look into this and find out what is wrong and let us your customers know what is wrong. Thanks. If you need to email me here is my email: elias@bluecross.com.cy

Our experience shows that this kind of error message is most frequently a result of some problems with the PACS server. Several times our tests showed that other viewers gave similar errors trying to download studies from the same PACS node.
Nevertheless, we are aware that some improvements are required as far as PACS communication logging is concerned. So that users know better what's happening when they have issues with PACS connections.
