Hi
First of all, hats off to the complete team for giving us such a lightweight and wonderful viewer. I wanted to know if this is possible or not.
I have a web-based EMR. On reporting page, I want when user click on view images, Radiant setup first be downloaded on client's PC and starts the installation in slient mode. Once the installtion is done, an automatic entry of PACS Server is configured and query is made to client.
If the Radiant is already installed on client, simply ignore the download part and made query to PACS Server.
Can you please how this can be achieved.

Thank you for your kind words about our viewer.
You can query and retrieve studies from a PACS server via command line parameters or URL protocol:
https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/pacs-integration.html
However, to install RadiAnt and configure the PACS settings you would need to come up with a custom script/program which would perform these actions.
Silent installation can be achieved by adding using the /S parameter: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/silent_setup_arguments.html
