SOY MEDICO ESPECIALISTA EN IMÁGENES Y ENCUENTRO ESTE PROGRAMA SUPERPRÁCTICO Y FÁCIL DE USAR.
QUERÍA PEDIR ALGUNAS COSAS SI EN EL FUTURO PODRÍAN INCLUIR DENTRO DEL MISMO:

1- AGREGAR LA POSIBILIDAD DE HACER, CREAR Y MODIFICAR NUESTROS PROPIOS FILTROS DE VENTANA.

2- AGREGAR LA POSIBILIDAD DE ADD Y SUB ENTRE IMÁGENES DENTRO DE UNA MISMA ADQUISICIÓN PARA PODER REALIZAR MEDIDAS POR EJEMPLO EN PATOLOGÍAS OSEAS (TA-GT, AVF ENTRE OTRAS).

3- INCLUIR EN LO POSIBLE LAS OPCIONES DE MIP Y MINP.

4- Y LA POSIBILIDAD DE RECONSTRUCCIÓN 3D (SE QUE ESTÁN TRABAJANDO EN ESO).

5- AGREGAR HERRAMIENTA PARA RECONSTRUCCIONES OBLICUAS.

SE QUE ES MUCHO LO QUE PIDO. PERO ASÍ ESTE PROGRAMA SERIA LOS MÁXIMO.

DESDE YA MUCHAS GRACIAS POR SU ATENCIÓN.

Yes, we'd appreciate if you write in English, it's much easier this way.
Anyway, I'll try to answer basing on the Google translation.

First of all, thank you for your kind words.

1) What do you mean by "window filters" ?
2) Subtraction/addition of images - this feature is planned, but there's no time frame yet.
3) MinIP/MIP will be introduced along with the oblique MPR feature.
4) 3D VR will soon be released for all users.
5) Oblique MPR is our next key feature after the 3D VR.

Greetings,
Maciej

Good morning
When I talk about "Windows Filters" is about Windows such as Default windows, CT Abdomen, CT Angio and so on. But we don't have a tool (custom settings) where can change and create a personalized windows when a windows center and windows width than we think than better than program have.
I try to explain but don't know if I was cleared.
Thank you for your answer.

P.D.: I'm Argentine. And now I living in Asunción, Paraguay. I use your program for watch estudies in home.

You can create your own WW/WL presets by editing the options.xml file:
http://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/options_xml.htm

...
<window>
<presets> <!-- window settings - presets -->
<!-- <i m="CT" i="8" n="Preset 1" ww="70" wl="30"/> --> <!-- m - modality (CR, CT, MR, XA, MG, etc.), i - shortcut key (2-9), n - preset name, ww - window width, wl - window level -->
<!-- <i m="CT" i="9" n="Preset 2" ww="32" wl="30"/> -->
</presets>
</window>

Yes, in the future you will be able to add easily your own presets from the GUI.
Currently your only option is to edit the options.xml file: http://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/options_xml.htm

Let's say that you want to add a preset called "Preset 1" available under the '8' key with the values of WW/WL: 70/30.
You have to add the below tag beetween <presets> and </presets> in the options.xml file.
<i m="CT" i="8" n="Preset 1" ww="70" wl="30"/>
