Pinpointing Localisation of 2d image on 3d reconstruction

Hi!

I love RadiAnt and I am using it since few years. However I cannot do one thing - is it possible to pinpoint the specific localisation of 2d image on 3d vr render? Like 3d cursor but also working in 3d vr render? Thank you very much in advance!
