Problem to query from Siemens Syngo.Plaza PACS server

I am having problem in using Radiant to query study from Siemens Syngo.Plaza PACS server.
The ports are opened for Radiant in Windows Firewall.
The AETitle, IP and port of Radiant client PC are properly configured in Syngo.Plaza server.
Ping to Syngo.Plaza is ok.
But when query, no result was returned.

Using OsiriX in the same network can query and retrieve the study from Syngo.Plaza without any problem.

Anyone in the forum has experience in using Radiant to query and retrieve study from Siemens Syngo.Plaza PACS server? If have, kindly share your experience.

the network connective is fine. The DICOM ports needs to set to TCP: 104.

network connectivity is ok. the dicom comms ports is TCP:104.

The problem was solved long time ago by Radiant developers.
