3D Rendering Brain

I cannot seem to show the brin in 3D. It shows up in the DICOM data, but the presets only show bone and skin.

It's hard to visualize the surface of the brain in 3D VR because the skin/bone obstructs the view. You might get a decent result with an MRI TIRM sequence in which brain has higher intensity than skin or bone.
