3D rotation around a fixed point

Hi everyone,

I just want to say that the 3D cursor view is amazing. I was wondering if there is a way where in 3D MPR view, we can rotate around a fixed point (eg, rotating axis around the appendix tip or a sub centimetre lymph node). This is really helpful and it would be amazing if we could do this in RadiAnt.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for your kind words! Sure, there is a way to rotate the plane around a fixed point. Just place the axes intersection over the point of interest, grab the axis arm and rotate it in any of the viewports to see the results in other two viewports.
