After more than a year since the last update, RadiAnt v2026.1 arrived with just 3 bug fixes and ZERO new features.
No curved / centerline MPR, no quantification tools, no MPR syncronization between different series. Users have been asking for such tools for many years, and yet we get a mere 3 items changelog uptdate after so much time.
What happened with this software? I'd completely get it if RadiAnt were still a free app, but it has been a completely paid subscription-only solution for many years now.
Is there a real world roadmap or schedule for its development? What can we actually expect from the RadiAnt team in 2026?

And I get that RadiAnt is a relatively cheap solution run by a small team; I'm extremely grateful for what it is.
But, after more than 10 years using it and supporting it, now I can't help but think its development could be more transparent, so we could make an educated decision about sticking with it and waiting for new features, or investing in a more expensive but more resourceful alternative.

Unfortunately this won't happen
because clearly, they are extremely slow to update the program, so being transparent about it will just make them lose customers to powerful alternatives in the market
and if it is development issue, current AI code assistance can fix that making a 3 months work easily done in 2 weeks, but I think they are just lazy.

Thanks for the feedback and for sticking with RadiAnt for so many years. We understand why the pace of development can be frustrating, especially when there are features that users have been asking for for a long time.
To address the roadmap question directly: yes, there is an ongoing development plan for RadiAnt. The project is by no means abandoned. The slower pace has been the result of several factors, including work that needs to be done on the server and business side of the project in addition to the application itself. There are various reasons behind the current pace, but those details are probably not particularly important from an end-user's perspective, so we won't go into them here.
As for what to expect in 2026, new features are planned, and beta versions with new functionality will be published before the end of this year. We don't want to promise specific dates or features until they are ready, but development is continuing and there is more to come.
We also understand the point about wanting enough information to make an informed decision about whether to wait for RadiAnt or choose another product. If there are particular features you need today and another piece of software already provides them, then it may well be the better choice for you. Everyone should choose the tool that best fits their current needs and workflow.
