About trial version activation

After installation on a PC connected to the Internet, Activation as a trial version is progressing smoothly, Activation is not easy on a closed network that is not connected to the Internet.
However, I know what I can do offline.

However, even if it is done for some reason offline, if you start RadiAnt next time, the screen for activation also appears.
There appears "Hardware change was detected. You need to reactivate the software."
However, we do not change the hardware of the personal computer in particular.
Further advance on that screen (Next button click), this time, it is displayed as "The software cannot be activated on this system."

So there is a question, but when you go through the Internet, can you activate a trial version online when either URL is connected?
I'd like to register the URL in the filter and set the communication permission.

Please answer.

The message you get ("The software cannot be activated on this system.") is displayed on systems where the licensing module cannot generate the machine ID required for activation (or verification of activation).
This problems arises only when the Windows WMI service is not working properly or the user running RadiAnt has limited privileges.
Please try running the software from the administrator account.
Unless you get this service to work (which sometimes can be a complicated procedure), reinstall the operating system or use another computer, you will not be able to install and use RadiAnt.

Thank you very much.

Please tell me the URL you are accessing when activating.
I would like to allow only that URL on the firewall.

You need to whitelist this domain on your firewall: activate.radiantviewer.com

Is there any change regarding the activation domain? Was it always the same (activate.radiantviewer.com) ? I couldn't activate so I suspect that maybe the IT support has to change a firewall policy.
Thank you for your great work!
