well... it's seventh button from the left.
hit it, left mouse button pressed, move up-down and right-left mouse cursor to adjust brightnee and contrast.
p.s. are you italian? sei italiano?

I can not adjust contrast + brightness
I have moved that naughty mouse all over the place
and additionally pushed every button and icon I could
put my helpless paws on

Well, you have to click a button on the toolbar that looks like a square consisting of black and white rectangles, then you have to press left mouse button on the image and move the mouse up/down/left/right. Good luck!

Currently window presets are hard coded into RadiAnt - there are only CT presets available. We'll be adding customized user settings in the next versions.
