Airway volume measurement on CBCT images

Hello,

I am using the radiAnt DICOM viewer (version 5.5.1.23267, 64 bit).

I am viewing 3D multiplanar reconstruction of a patient's head and neck, which is from a set of CBCT scan images.

I want to calculate the volume measurement of the patient's airway.
For example, this can be done using the Planmeca Romexis imaging software.

Is it possible to do this using the radiAnt viewer?
If so, I would like it if someone could kindly explain to me how I can calculate this same airway measurement in the radiAnt viewer.
If necessary, I am happy to do some of the calculations manually, but I would still like someone to show me how I can select and measure 3D volumes of airways using the radiAnt viewer.

I look forward to your help and suggestions.

Thank you very much,

Kindest regards,

Mr P Singh.

Currently there is no tool in RadiAnt that could perform volumetric measurements of irregular structures.
