I'm not sure what kind of conversion you meant, but RadiAnt cannot covert between different DICOM formats (transfer syntaxes).

Did you have Any API or plug-in for connecting with a browser? For example, I can call API or plug-in to measure distance and angle with my own web page.

Do you mean convert from Dicom to Jpeg,bmp,Gif,... and vice versa or....?

For the latest version of RadiaAnt viewer, does it uses pseudo coloring with LUT mapping to convert the DICOM file to JPEG? Because I have read this article( www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4788610/pdf/10278_2015_Article_9833.pdf) that the early version is not supported. Thank you.

No, pseudo color LUT mapping is not supported yet.
