ApiLaunchURL1 not work

I configured a hotkey for this function, registered the current address of the web server.

when I click on the corresponding hotkey, nothing comes to the web server.

What's wrong?

Please check this feature with our latest beta version: https://www.radiantviewer.com/beta/ or make sure that you use https:// address.

Does it actually work? I've given it a try both on Windows and on my Wine Linux box - not a single outgoing POST message, neighter to https nor http service.
