Automatic opening

Good afternoon, everyone. Here's the problem. I connected a PACS server. When I double-click a study, it is downloaded to the library, but it does not open immediately. I have to go to the library and open it. On the old computer everything opens immediately when downloading. How can this problem be solved? Thank you!

Please try uninstalling the viewer and reinstall the latest available version (2023.1). Double-clicking the study in the PACS search window should always result in opening the study in a viewer window.
