Bulgarian and Turkish translations

There are two new translations available in updated installers:
Bulgarian by Dr Biser Kasabov and Turkish by Abdullah GÜNEY.
We really appreciate their effort!

hi,
in turkish translation there is a misnomer. in pacs download section, choosing the date, "yesterday" should be "dün" not "yarın".
