Closed cases still loading when opening new case

Dear Radiant Support Team,

I am facing an issue in the Radiant system where previously closed cases are still getting loaded when I open a new case.

For example, when I open one case and then close it, and later open a second case, the earlier closed case also appears in the system. This happens even though the previous case was already closed.

Please look into this issue and help resolve it at the earliest. Kindly let me know if any additional details, screenshots, or steps from my side are required.
