Hi,

I have done a MRV of the veins and arteries in the head and neck, and cone beam CT scan of my cervical spine.

If I open the CBCT scans I can only see the cervical spine, but without the veins and arteries.

Could anyone explain me how to combine those?

You cannot combine the studies you mentioned in RadiAnt.
To view cervical spine with arteries and veins you would need to have the CTA study (CT angiography).
