Configure RadiAnt for all users at once on WIndows

Hello there!
Is there any way to configure RadiAnt for all Windows user?
We need it to work properly after new domain user will log into Windows.

I am talking about PACS configuration.
Is there any way to put a config for all profiles login into computer?
How can i expert a config?
