After many years of convicting radiologists to use browsers for the macOS system and stopping several DICOM browsers to the Windows platform, the choice finally fell to RadiAnt, which I consider to be the best browser currently on the market. In my case - in combination with the EIZO RX250 diagnostic monitor and strong computer components - it works sensational. I work mainly on angio tomographs where one study sometimes has more than 1500 photos and needs a smooth 3D MPR mode without unnecessary additions that others want to make happy (curve reconstruction, etc.) The other browsers are currently very heavily loaded and radiologists are leaving them. After the last update, when a local database appeared - the program is coming to perfection. So, I recommend it boldly, I use it on a daily basis to work at home (teleradiology) and this is a hit on the bench.

Already on facebook I wrote about a few suggestions that would be worth adding to help in the practical evaluation of the research.

- density test (single pixel and circle) in 3D MPR mode (currently it can be done only on 2D scans)
- surface cutting in VRT virtualisations and not a scalpel
- download only selected layers from PACS (currently only the entire study is visible)

and one more suggestion - you could do so that after measuring the object and moving planes (in 2D MPR mode and in 2D mode) measurements automatically disappear. Currently, they disappear and you have to manually delete them.

It would be nice to have the option of crossing the line of planes after clicking in a given place - now you have to click on the middle of the intersection and move manually. At high magnifications of the image where the intersection of planes is somewhere far away it is quite troublesome.

- cięcie płaszczyznowe w wirtualizacjach VRT a nie skalpelem
- pobieranie z PACS'a tylko wybranych warstw (aktualnie widać tylko całość badania)

Myślę że cały radiologiczny świat jest wdzięczny za taki produkt. Pozdrawiam

i jeszcze jedna sugestia - można by było zrobić tak, aby po zmierzeniu obiektu i ruszeniu płaszczyznami (w trybie 2D MPR jak i w trybie 2D) pomiary automatycznie znikały. Aktualnie znikają i trzeba ręcznie je usuwać

Przydałoby się opcja pojawiania skrzyżowania linii płaszczyzn po kliknięciu w danym miejscu - aktualnie trzeba trzeba kliknąć na środek skrzyżowania i przesuwać ręcznie. Przy dużych powiększeniach obrazu gdzie skrzyżowanie płaszczyzn jest gdzieś daleko jest to dość kłopotliwe.
