Hello,
Can someone help me? A new ultrasound device from GE only measures in Pixels, when accessed through Radiant. The other two ultrasound devices show in mm.

Most probably there is no calibration data in the DICOM file that you open in RadiAnt. You can contact us via https://www.radiantviewer.com/contact/ and send a sample file so that we can check if it's the case.
