downloading images from pacs

i have a problem, radiant sees studies in cloud pacs, i try to download study, downloading starts and stops after 5-15 images > what is wrong with program?

Radiant have no bugs.
All bugs in windows, firewalls, and wrong configs.

It seems that there is some issue with the connection to your cloud PACS.

You also might want to check the query timeout setting and choose a longer time than the default 30 seconds: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/pacs-configuration.htm
