Hello,
Could the RadiAnt team clarify how the 20% early-renewal bonus applies after adding seats for a prorated shorter period?
Example: an existing one-year subscription has 4 seats. During that year, 16 additional seats are purchased in several batches, all sharing the original expiration date. Before expiration, the entire 20-seat plan is renewed for one year.
Will all 20 seats receive the full 73-day bonus, including the seats that were added for only part of the preceding year? Will later one-year early renewals also receive 73 days, or is the bonus calculated differently after a previous bonus?
We have also contacted Sales privately and would appreciate an official clarification of the general rule here. No account changes or purchase are requested. Thank you.
