"ERROR: out of resource"

I'm having problems with getting image from PACS. Radiant try to connect but return this error "ERROR: out of resource". I have not found anything about it the documentation. I need some help, please.

This message says that your PACS server encountered some error and it could not send queried studies to RadiAnt. You have to consult with your PACS server vendor.
