Export video with transformations

Hello, is there a way to export a series to a video file with the preferred transformations (ie horizontal and vertical)? The movie file appears to resort to the original hanging protocol instead. Thank you!

Currently transformations are not applied when exporting a movie. We should change this in one of the next versions.
