How can I get the IP address, port, AE title and description from an already installed port, to be able to enter this data on another PC? I urgently need to enable access from a neighboring hospital to my hospital, so that I can see the exams they take before receiving patients. Thank you!

You can check the PACS settings in the PACS configuration window: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/pacs-configuration.htm
However, most probably (unless you use the C-GET protocol) if you just copy the settings to another PC, it will not work. Each RadiAnt PACS client has to be specifically configured with the PACS server so that it knows where to send the requested studies.
