1) Please, could you add Fusion for different geometries?

2) ALso, copy ROI to scan of different but close enough geometry? i.e. two axial scans with different FOV's and close enough angles?

3) And last, can you please add real-world mapping present on Philips scanners? So that ROI measurements would contain real world values (flow speeds, diffusion coefs, ..)

(sent the data some time ago; writing here for a smallish upd)

After asking around I have found that the following DICOM tags seem pretty universally used across different manufacturers:
(0040,9096) SQ # 0, 0 Real World Value Mapping Sequence
(0040,9211) SS 3165 # 1, 2 Real World Value Last Value Mapped
(0040,9216) SS 7 # 1, 2 Real World Value First Value Mapped
(0040,9224) FD 0 # 1, 8 Real World Value Intercept
(0040,9225) FD 9.9999999999999995e-07 # 1, 8 Real World Value Slope
(presented here with values as produced by Radiant's `Copy all items` in DICOM Tags window)
