Free trial doesn’t allow you to cancel

I did the free trial but they made it impossibly hard to cancel the subscription. I watched videos and read how to but the option that was discussed to select wasn’t there to cancel. They don’t have a phone number to call that I could find and I tried to contact them with no response. The trial period is now over and I have to pay for it even though I can’t afford it and won’t use it. Don’t risk using this if you can’t afford to pay for it, the free trial is a huge risk that may force you to pay if it doesn’t let you out.
