GE Ultrasound Video

I have GE ultrasound machine vivid s5 when trying to export the video data information from dcm file it doesn't works. Can you help me that how to extract the video from dicom file?

GE ultrasound systems are notorious for encoding video in a proprietary format.
The data is stored in private DICOM tags that only GE software can handle, I'm afraid.

radiant is not getting connected to SAMSUNG HS 70
