generating a complex movie

I wish to generate a movie composed of 35 DICOM images. Each DICOM image itself shows a grid of 40 small images in an array of 5 rows of 8 images. However, I wish to generate the movie from solely one image (the same image, e.g., the upper left corner image) from each DICOM . Unfortunately, when I generate the movie, the movie is composed of the entire panel of 40 images.
Caan someone please offer suggestions?

James, I don't think you could export such movie directly from RadiAnt. You'd probably have to export the cropped frames, and create a movie using the ffmpeg tool.
