How to convert my CT scan to 3D images?

Hi,
I am a nee user here. I have taken CT neck scan. I want to change my CT scan to 3D. I have just downloaded radiant viewer in my Windows10. How do I convert it to 3D? Please help.
I don't know how t view my CT images in 3D? that icon is not enabled. How to view my neck CT scan in 3D?
any inputs anyone please.

If the volume rendering icon is not enabled, it means that the images lack certain metadata required for 3d reconstructions (patient position, patient orientation and other spatial data).

How do i see the 3D view?
in which mode?like sagittal, coronal or axial? in which mode can i view my 3d images? p;ease help
