info about DICOM tags

could anybody explain me the meaning of the columns in the DICOM tags window?

I understand the Tag ID, Description and Value columns but I don't know the meaning of the VR, VM and Lenght columns.

Value representation, value multiplicity, length

value representation is a type of dicom tag's data, you can read more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DICOM#Value_representations
