just to share my experience
after using RadiAnt for many years with my PACS to "Query and Retrieve" cases I experiences a dramatic worsening of the Q&R...
it has always been very fast to obtain the list of cases, then the list of results started to have inconsistent behaviour...
some queries were fast, other very slow, sometimes you had to wait many seconds and then get a "0 results" but once you repeated the same query few seconds later you get the list.
image transfer has alwasys been fast... just the display of the list had this issues.
the RadiAnt port has always been the 11112
now some IT guy suggested to change it to 11113 and now the Q&R are ultra-fast and consistent
so my question to the developers and users is: is there any known issue that made the 11112 port work in such a bad and inconsistent way?

For Radiant I tried ports 104, 4006, 11111 and 11112, and I never noticed any differences. Anyway, thank you for sharing your experience

se change from 11112 to 11113 improved dramatically the speed and consistency of Q&R from a ClearCanvas PACS that runs on port 5000
the issue were on a 2025.1 RadiAnt release on several different computers in our workplace. Now I upgraded to 2025.2.
