License doesn't work any longer on several computers

We have purchased several licenses that no longer work on the stations they were installed on, however I'm reading that your licenses for DICOM viewer are perpetual - in other words -they work forever. Are your licenses software version specific? For instance if I bought 10 last year, when RadiAnt was on version 4.6.9, does that computer have to stay at 4.6.9? If we downloaded a new version, does it nullify that license? If so why is there no indication of version number on the invoice, when we purchased licenses? Thanks!

The licenses purchased at our store are permanent for all versions released within 12 months from the purchase date. Further updates are paid (and optional).

So you can download and install all versions that we released up to one year from the day you purchased the license.
