I have read thread license-activation-on-a-citrix-server/1003/
I wonder what you mean with persistent desktops. a RDP session to a server with RADIANT installed does that work ? We would prefer a Citrix XenDesktop (APPV) deployment does the new licensing mechanism and RADIANT support this and are there already planning dates availlable for the new licensing mechanism ?
pacs.xml is user specific as are the image tmp folders.

By persistent desktop we mean a VM that retains its state/hardware configuration between sessions. If a hardware configuration changes (MAC address, HDD serial number, etc.), the activation becomes invalid.

New concurrent licensing mechanism will be introduced this year, it should be compatible with any RDP/VDI solution.

Sorry, but the plans for concurrent licensing were postponed. There is no specific time-frame for this feature.
