Only Windows systems are supported by RadiAnt... However, you can try Osirix - a very good DICOM software developed specifically for Mac OS X.
Kind regards,

Any chance RadiAnt will be ported to Mac system? Osirix is good, but free version has an annoying message "not for medical usage" plus pop-up window to upgrade to Osirix MD when trying to view an image in fullscreen.

Isn't Osirix opensource?
Funny that there is no "community" version that would remove those popups.

There is very little chance that we enter the OS X teritory in the foreseeable future...
You can always run RadiAnt in Wine or Parallels :-)

Too bad. If you switched to Qt, you would have OSX, Linux, Windows support for free.

Yes, but then most probably we would have a passable viewer for all platforms.
Being focused on one ubiquitous platform, we can aim for the first-rate product.

I am using RadiAnt to view PET/CT images. Horos is free alternative to Osirix. You can download it from horosproject.org website. It is Osirix-based and completely identical to 64-bit paid version of Osirix which is Osirix MD. However both software is quite slow compared to RadiAnt. Wine-Winebottler software is good enough to install RadiAnt 32-bit version to upto Mac Os X Sierra. 64-bit RadiAnt would be perfect for Mac Os X. I think Wine group will be able to incorporate 64-bit windows software to Mac Os X in the near future. I congratulate RadiAnt team for this VERY fast, reliable, small and free perfect software.
thanks,
