Measure Tool with 3digit milimeter index

I would like to ask if RadiAnt can be used to measure distances with 3 digits in mm (e.g. 1.111 mm). It would be really kind if someone knew if there is a way to make it work this way.

just curious to know in which clinical setting do you need such a submillimeter precision...

not just sub-millimeter, but actual micrometer precision. Also curious!
