Hello. I need to make measurement on images. But it make only by pixels. How i can do it by centimeters ? Or can i find out this only by calculations ?

If you get measurements only in pixels, it means that there is no calibration data included in the DICOM image. You can calibrate measurements manually: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/length.htm
