modality filter with checkboxes

the PACS search GUI has a dropbown menu to filter queries according to modalities.
I think a checkbox GUI like in iQ-VIEW would be much better.

users could more easily select specific queries like CT+MR+DX, or CR+DX, or US+CT, or any other combination

We started with a simple list-box because it is a standard winapi control. A custom control with checkboxes will be certainly developed.
