MRI and 3D rendering

Hello everyone,

First, I love your software! However, I have MRI images which are "enhanced" with iron nanoparticles which create a "black signal". With the 3d rendering I can not properly vizualize such enhancement. Is there a way to "invert" the color or treat such images?

Thanks

Anne

Hi Anne,

I am happy to hear that you like our viewer!
Currently there is only one predefined look-up table in the 3D VR mode.
You would have to invert the pixel data values in some other software and only then visualize it in RadiAnt.

Kind regards,
Maciej
