Muscle volume entire length MRI

Hi,

I have MRI images where I am looking at tracing axial muscle size along its entire length and getting a muscle volume measure.

Instead of having to circle the muscle at every slice, is there a way of doing this either through the 3D setup or another option? Apologies if this is a simple fix, I am ne to RadiAnt.

Cheers,
Ryan

As far I know, radiant does not have a 3d segmentation feature (yet).
You will have to use some research software, simple: ITK-SNAP, more complicated: Slicer.

Hi Ryan,

You cannot measure volumes in RadiAnt yet.

Greetings!
